This SEN Terms of Service and User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC (“SIE”). This Agreement governs your use of the SEN platform, including but not limited to the PlayStation Network (“PSN”), the PlayStation Store, and any other services provided by SIE. By creating an account for PSN, making a purchase on the PlayStation Store, using any other service provided by SIE, or continuing to use PSN after being notified of a change to these terms, you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree with all of these legal terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and you must discontinue use immediately.

This SEN Terms of Service and User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (the “User”) and Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC (“SIE”). • Termination and Dispute Resolution⁚ SIE reserves the right to terminate your account and access to the SEN platform at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

User Responsibilities

As a User of the SEN platform, you are responsible for adhering to certain guidelines and obligations. These responsibilities are crucial for maintaining a safe and enjoyable experience for all users. Your actions and the content you create on the platform are solely your responsibility. Here are some key responsibilities you agree to uphold⁚

• Account Security⁚ You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. It is essential to choose a strong password and avoid sharing it with others. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account, regardless of whether you authorized them. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify SIE immediately.

  • Harass, threaten, or bully other users.
  • Engage in any activity that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence.
  • Engage in any activity that is illegal or harmful to others.
• Respect for Others⁚ You agree to treat all other users with respect and courtesy. This includes refraining from engaging in any behavior that could be considered offensive, abusive, or disruptive. You are responsible for the content you share and should ensure it is appropriate for the SEN platform.

Content Restrictions

To ensure a safe and positive environment for all users, the SEN platform imposes certain restrictions on the content that can be shared and created. These restrictions are designed to prevent the distribution of inappropriate or harmful materials. You are responsible for adhering to these content restrictions, and you acknowledge that SIE may, in its sole discretion, remove or modify any content that violates these restrictions or any applicable laws or regulations.

• Child-Friendly Content⁚ You must not upload or use the website tools to create content that is unsuitable for children. This includes content that is sexually suggestive, violent, or otherwise inappropriate for a younger audience. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you share is appropriate for all users, including children.
• Intellectual Property⁚ You agree not to upload or share any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. This includes copyrighted material such as music, videos, software, or other creative works. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions before sharing any copyrighted content on the SEN platform.
• Prohibited Content⁚ You agree not to upload or share any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable, or otherwise objectionable. Termination and Dispute Resolution

SIE reserves the right to terminate your account and access to the SEN platform at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement. This termination may be immediate and without prior notice. SIE also reserves the right to suspend your account or access to specific features of the SEN platform, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement. If you violate this Agreement, SIE may take any action it deems necessary, including but not limited to⁚

• Warning you.
• Suspending your account.
• Terminating your account.
• Taking legal action against you.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Mateo County, California. You further agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action or proceeding.
