The Act recognizes that strata living presents unique challenges and opportunities, and it seeks to address these by establishing a balance between the rights and obligations of individual owners and the collective interests of the strata corporation․ It aims to facilitate efficient administration and management of strata developments while protecting the rights of individual owners and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the strata corporation․
